Is Stamps.com down?

I was trying to do shipments in Stamps.com and keep getting the following error.

Stamps.com returned an error: Server was unable to process request. ---> The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

Fedex is working so I'm thinking it's a Stamps.com problem.

Anyone else having this problem?
