Hello-I have several problems with my order manager. I have one order that has been shipped several hors ago through ebay and has not been recorded in the order manager and one that has been paid and is not showing in the order manager. I have refreshed and restarted shiprush. This weekend I had 5 or 6 items paid that were not showing up in order manager. I called shiprush support several weeks ago with the same type of issue.
