ShipRush can NOT retrieve older orders

I am using ShipRush with a Magento ecommerce store. I have everything configured and ShipRush seems to be retrieving all the current orders correctly. The problem I am having is ShipRush will only retrieve orders from within the last week. I have orders from October that I need to have downloaded so that I can ship them. These orders were placed in the system before I had ShipRush installed.

Is there a way to force ShipRush to retrieve all old orders, so that it can download orders from a month ago?
