ShipRush Account Registration Failed

Hi,

I am trying to install UPS ShipRush v9.6 on one of our shipping computers and I am receiving the following error when trying to activate/setup.

Account registration failed

(PLDAccountProcessor.Init) Unable to init UPS Communication API: (Initializing COM interface) OLE error 80049D6D

I have checked all the account information and tried reinstalling multiple times and still no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.
