Shiprush is removing the dot (.) from sender name

Using Shiprush 9 UPS web service interface and it is reformatting the senders name to remove any formatting.

Sender name should be "Walmart.com"
Shiprush changes this to "WALMART COM"


Is there any way to get the senders name to include the period?
