Not getting all of my Amazon import data

I switched to a new computer and installed Shiprush for Stamps and am not getting all my orders imported from Amazon. Some are from a few hours ago and I see them in my Amazon account, but not on Shiprush. Please let me know what information you may need to troubleshoot this issue.
