FedEx tracking number not working correctly

We have shiprush working with our QB system and it was working just fine until about 2 weeks ago.
When we would make a shipping order, the shipper would take the order and process it through shiprush, during that time the fedex tracking number would print out on the shipping order in QB.
It stopped doing this, so I went into the shiprush system and changed it to put it in the memo field of the shipping order form in QB.
It puts it in the shipping order in QB, so I know it works.
So I changed it back to put it on the line and it wont work.

Any suggestions?
