Install problem: Error accessing Quickbooks in QBXML mode

I just downloaded ShipRush and tried to install, but I got this error:

Error accessing Quickbooks in QBXML mode. Please make sure that you are using Quickbooks 2002 Pro or higher and <QuickBooks dir >\QBXMLRP.DLL is registered. In order to register QBXMLRP.DLLtype "REGSVR32 QBXMLRP.DLL" in command line. The operation will continue in non-QBXML mode.

Anybody know the solution? I installed on XP machine.
