We have just added UPS Pro to our subscription which previously was just FedEX. We use Quickbooks Enterprise version 13. FedEX SR has been no problem for the past year and changing over to SR FedEX version 10 has not been a problem. UPS Pro is another story...finally got partially through the set up wizard and after entering our account info, the following error came up:
(PLDAccountProcessor.Init) Unable to init UPS Communication API: (Creating COM interface) Class not registered, ClassID: {CCA7BBD5-D2A0-11D1-81BB-4000641C258A}
We tried following the instructions in srua-0279 with absolutely no luck. In safe mode, the SR service is stopped and can not be started in safe mode so we can not even try starting SR in safe mode to go through the wizard.
Any ideas? Anyone...
