Long Addresses not "wrapping"

Is there a setting/feature/function that will allow the ultra long addresses to auto wrap to address line 2?

You know the customers who have:
Ship To:
John Doe
12345 State College, Department of health and Human Services, 3rd Floor, cubicle 12.
NYC, NY. 10031

Rather than using the 2nd line its all on 1?
And shiprush just cuts it off after so many letters and leaves off 3rd floor, cubicle 12.

Hoping either a "Warning message" or auto wrap feature is available, but I don't know?
