I'm using shiprush fedex version 9.6.0.53113
I have my ebay account linked with ship rush, and I'm able to see the items in the "paid" folder that need to be shipped on ShipRush. When I click on one of these items the "ship" button on ShipRush does not change to allow me to ship. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the darn program to even ship.
I've linked my Fedex account with the program, I can see my Fedex account number within your settings, but that "Ship" button is just greyed out. On top of that your "Est. Charges" is way off compared to the quote that Ebay and Fedex.com gives me.
I'm just really confused, I have a feeling its a really simply solution. I watched your youtube video of ShipRush fedex and the guy just clicks one of the transactions in the "Paid" folder and clicks "Ship". I wish it were that easy for me! :confused:
