This had been happening a couple times a week on SR V9 , and now running SR Stamps V10.0.0.58364 it still happens.
I close the shipping day to print a scan form,
the processing message box appears, then a message box saying
"Shipping day Closed. There are no pending shipments, so there is no SCAN form to print"
But when I pull up "view shipments" today there are 52 packages listed.
I attempt to choose SCAN form from the shipping screen, and whether I choose all accounts or just one the same message appears.
When I log into STAMPS.COM all 52 items are there, and can be selected and a SCAN form generated. But only the manager has access to the STAMPS.com account, so this disrupts the workflow.
Any ideas?
