Our shipping department is reporting rate differences between FedEx ShipRush and FedEx Online. ShipRush billed $10.39 while both Ship Manager and Online is billing for only $3.11. I was able to replicate the same issue with the same address, shipping method, weight, etc... What is causing this difference and how do we correct this?
