We had a problem recently where the actual shipping address is in Utah and the label when printed has CO in the "ship to:" yet UT in the bar code. The manifest also shows CO. So when the customer checks the tracking they see CO.
The original shipment was made using the OCX. I just cloned the shipment from the desktop version and the new copy shows CO as the state however the label printed exactly the same, CO in the "ship to:" yet UT in the bar code.
I want to add that the UPS address verification is not working. Version we are running is 12.1.13.7903
