Error Installing

Hi,

I ran ShipRush_v12.1_UPS.exe, selected Ship Rush Basic for UPS and agreed to the terms and conditions. When I hit 'Next', I get the error shown in the screenshot - Error connecting with SSL. EOF was observed that violates the protocol. Unable to POST to "https://onlinetools.ups.com/ups.app/xml/License" (Compatible). I used the PostMan tool to make a POST request to that same service, and the connection completed fine (the request got an error response from the service, but not from the connection).
