Unable to activate account.

Hi Support!

I have an issue when activate an account on ShipRush PRO v12.1. We are receiving the following error:

Unable to activate account. (Process.AddShipper) Communication error while commissioning: transaction failed: Error 50510 (details: SHIP-SYSTEM-VENDOR/MODEL/VER DOES NOT EXIST [518])
