We signed up for FedEx One Rate in September 218.
The rate should be $7.70
We have recently discovered that the shipping box type is being changed from FedEx Pak to FedEx Large Box resulting in us being charged $20
We have spent a great deal of time with FedEx support trying to trace where the box size change is occurring.
FedEx support has asked us to reach out to SR to see if you can examine any backend information and clarify if the One Rate process is being handed off correctly.
When we generate a label with SR, we select FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Pak.
The doc-tap prints this same information and the rate is correct.
I can provide you our FedEx account number and a couple tracking numbers that hopefully you can provide us evidence that this same information is being exchanged with FedEx.
