I have shiprush on two different computers in two different locations (home and office), and I have been using shiprush smoothly for almost two months until today.

I turned my windows 8 computer off last night. Came in to the office to get things started, and out of nowhere shiprush is treating me as if I were a new user. It asks me the typical questions if I'm using shiprush on this computer only, etc, etc. Then it pulls up a jacked up version of my current sales(showing the past 2 months for the past week, etc, and all the settings are messed up). If I select to show shipped orders for today, it pulls up the past 2 months with some holes in it.
I noticed shiprush is no longer pulling from C\users\public\public documents\Z-FIRM LLC Instead, it's pulling from c\program files(x86)\Z-FIRM LLC. I tried switching the Z-firm folder, but it says "The item "shiprush9.exe" has been changed or moved"
How can I get this solved?

UPDATE:
Maybe the title is wrong. It didn't switch the folder location. I just checked settings. I completely uninstalled shiprush tried re-copying the old Z-firm folder and pasting it(before uninstalling). I have no idea what happened. Maybe I need to re-copy the folder from the other computer and try to replace it agaim?
Maybe the database was somehow compromised when I rebooted?
How and why does this happen during a reboot? Also, how can I prevent this from happening again? I've rebooted many times before and never had this problem until today.
