We recently realized that tracking is not being sent to our customer after their order is fulfilled and sent. All of the settings appear to be correct and this was working fine last week. No settings or anything have been changed recently as far as I'm aware of. Any thoughts on where we can start with troubleshooting this? Thanks so much.
