got almost similar problem here. different is, mine trying transfer order from amazon webstore.
I upgrade my computer and have to upgrade to 9.6.0.55678 too. first of all, it takes a long while (almost whole day, to fix the connection problem between shiprush and amazon store (no connection at that time), and between shiprush and fedex (invalid billing address issue). After one day usage, shiprush stop working properly. only several orders were imported into shiprush, and remain orders keep not showing up even refresh several times.
