Error: The scan form was unable to print

Hi. I'm using shiprush desktop v12 for USPS. Today I got error message once I try to print the scan form.
"My.SR Shipping returned an error: . Unable to manifest any USPS shipments, none matched the provided 'reference'."

Please help.
