The ToName Tag has been deprecated. Please utilize the ToFirstName and ToLastName tag

I keep getting the following error when I try to print International Mail labels.

USPS server returned error:
The ToName Tag has been deprecated. Please utilize the ToFirstName and ToLastName tags. [-2147217920]

I updated my version of ShipRush to the latest version for USPS Stand Alone. It is version 9.6.0.55678

Please Advise. Thanks!
