Waiting on Payment

Hello,

We are using ShipRush Web. The "Waiting on Payment" field has not been populating since we upgraded to Magento 2. These orders are marked as "Pending" by Magento. These orders were visible in this field on our Magento 1 store both on ShipRush Web & ShipRush Desktop.

Can you tell me how to populate the field with these orders?
