Does anyone have a clue about how to correctly pass tracking numbers to Bigcommerce when you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to orders over $50. Orders that don't qualify, Shiprush passes tracking number just fine and Bigcommerce shipment notifications contain a working link for tracking. Orders that do qualify for free shipping get a tracking number passed, but no working link.
I'm guessing "Service Mapping" has to be changed, but can't figure out exactly the right mapping. I've mapped both "Free Shipping" and "Other" to USPS First Class, but that doesn't seem to work.
Is there some log file where I can see a particular order, and see exactly what value BC passes to Shiprush on free shipping orders?
