I'm working with a client who is implementing the SQL contact manager. We want to update their ERP system with several fields that are not listed in the field reference. For instance, the field reference says the ShippingCharge will be the total shipping charge for the shipment. However, there are at least two totals - the list price total (that they want to charge the customer) and the discounted rate (which they will owe to Fedex or UPS). I'd like to pass both fields back to their ERP system (in addition to other fields not listed in the field reference). I'm guessing there are more fields available when the shipment is created (because, for instance, they are available for the label printing). Can you please provide a list of all the possible field names that can be passed to the SQL contact manager, if there are more than those listed in the Field Reference? Thank you.
