During today's outage, we attempted to print but got the same SQL error everyone else did. The labels didn't print but we were charged for each one. When the outage was corrected, we printed labels like normal and were charged again.
Only one shipment per order shows up in "View Shipments", the orders that did print the second time. How do we void the first attempt, and get back the money that was charged, if we can't see those?
