Shiprush not printing the first label, and duplicating the last

Hey, I was hoping someone could offer some advice.

We use Stone Edge Order manager and ShipRush.

In a multi-package shipment, ShipRush is failing to print the first label, prints all the other labels just fine, then prints a duplicate of the last label. In a three-box shipment, we'd see something like this:

first label out of the printer is for package 2 (including a correct Master Tracking number)
second label out is for package 3 (100% correct as well)
third label is an exact duplicate of the last label.

The Master Tracking Number, as well as all the child tracking numbers get to our Order manager properly. Our printers are all working properly. This issue began last Friday.
