I am unable to connect to our Amazon webstore. After following the prompts, I attempt to log into Amazon and receive the following error:
Invalid signature Parameter
The registration request includes an invalid signature. Please contact your solution provider to verify registration URL
Background: I first installed shipworks on a test computer and created webstores - everything worked. I then went to our shipping computer and did an fresh install with webstores. I did not realize that my.shiprush keeps webstores for download. I think I must have tried to connect to our Amazon webstore 5-10 times. I keep on getting this error. I have to go into my.shiprush to delete copies of the amazon webstore that do not connect.
