We are using Desktop Version of Shiprush 11.2.10.16.37. Have it downloaded on two PCs ( PC-A and PC-B). We have an issue when you manually mark an item Shipped or Canceled on PC-A, it will not change status on PC-B or (visa versa). Understanding that the refresh button would need to be checked to see the change in status but it does not change, it still displays in a ready to ship view.
This scenario comes into play with items that we may drop ship from another source, or customer may have canceled. Finding we are duplicating work.
Is there a way to correct this?
