Using wrong dim weight divi

ShipRush for UPS is using the wrong dim weight divisor for larger packages.

Per UPS:
If the cubic size of the package in inches is 1,728 or smaller, divide the cubic size in inches by 166 to determine dimensional weight in pounds. If the cubic size in inches is more than 1,728, divide the cubic size by 139 to determine dimensional weight in pounds. Increase any fraction to the next whole pound.

We shipped a package measuring 66 x 8 x 5 for a total of 2640 total cubic inches. It should be using the 139 divisor for 19 lbs billable weight but it is using the 166 divisor for 16 lbs billable weight. See the attached example from the ShipRush Shipment Detail Report
