Asking for license and after inputting it, it doesn't work.

I am having fits with Shiprush this morning. I have updated the license and rebooted my computer and it now tells me it cannot get the Endicia postage balance. Not sure what is going on, but I'm not a happy camper.:mad:

The other issue is the icon displays in the the system tray, but nothing is showing onscreen. Hope this description is understood. :)
