Default Printers at different workstations

Good Morning,

We use ShipRush Web in our warehouse and in our back office. Both places are in the same building. How do we tell each workstation to print to a different printer.

For example, the warehouse computer is set to CloudPrint and "XYZ printer". When the back office computer is set to Cloud Print and we change the printer from "XYZ Printer" to "123 Printer" near the back office it messes up the warehouse printing.

Please advise.
