Not receiving tracking number from ShipRush

We've successfully integrated our system with ShipRush and order entries are now being created in ShipRush upon entering our system.

However, we do not receive tracking number from ShipRush and are advised to refer to REST API documentation for further troubleshooting:

We received the REST API from your support but the documentation didn't help much. We still can't identify the root cause of the issue.

Can you please provide the IP address from which ShipRush is sending the tracking number to our server? We suspect the IP address might have been blocked by our hosting provider (Cloudflare).

Another possible issue could be PostbackUrl. Can you please confirm if you've received a PostbackUrl from us correctly?
